We had an amazing time with friends! After hiking Capps Ridge Trail and the Ammonoosuc Ravine Trail, this place felt like home. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were spotless, and having breakfast in real cups was a nice touch. Don't miss the nearby trails to summit the 4000ft mountains!
The complimentary breakfast was pretty average and could use some improvement.

My stay at Carlson'S Lodge was lovely. the decor was charming and had a cozy, old-fashioned feel that made it feel like home. The staff was attentive, ensuring the common areas were accessible and welcoming for seniors.
More seating options in the common areas would help.

We felt right at home during our stay with cozy adjoining queen rooms and a handy kitchenette for our family of 7. The seasonal outdoor pool and sun terrace were great spots to unwind after a day of exploring. The only thing was the Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times, but it really didn’t take away from our experience at all! 😊

Carlson's Lodge truly felt like a home away from home. The personal attention from the owners made my stay special. I loved the cozy, spotless rooms with all the amenities, though I missed having cable TV. The quirky decor added to the charm, and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions like Mt. Washington. The free wi-fi was great, but the complimentary breakfast could use some improvement. It was average, just a bit disappointing for the start of the day. I appreciated the real cups for breakfast, a nice touch that made it feel more homey. I found the common areas inviting, but more seating options would have been welcome, especially during busy times. Overall, a lovely place with a warm atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!
